Paul Zavala, Jr.

Paul Zavala Jr., 90, of Taylor passed away Tuesday June 22, 2021.

He was born in Taylor, TX to Paul and Matilde Zavala on August 16, 1930.

Paul was a longtime painter and businessman. He loved raising horses, telling jokes and spending time with his family.

He married the love of his life Maria Magdalena Zavala (Soto) on December 30, 1962.

Paul is preceded in death by his parents, sister Consuelo Robledo, brothers Jose, Manuel, Ysabel and David Zavala.

Paul is survived by his loving wife of 58 years Maria Magdalena; Children Gabriel (Rosie) Zavala, Magdalena Zavala, Paul (Laura) Zavala, Martin Zavala, and Margaret (Mike) Sanchez; Sister Emily (Robert) Santos; Seven grandchildren, Julian (Kourtney), Alexis (Craig), Cameron Sanchez, Vanessa A.D. Zavala, Gabriella Zavala, Morgan and Demi Zavala; Seven great- grandchildren; and numerous loving nieces and nephews.
