With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved son, brother and grandson, Brandon Lee Garcia. Born December 12, 2007, in Austin, Texas, and taken from us too soon on May 26, 2024.
His life continues to be celebrated by his mother Joanna Rios; his father, Anthony Garcia Jr.; and his six sisters, AnMarie, Sayla, Caleigh, Jesse, Sadie, and Lovie. His memory is also honored by his grandparents Johnny Rios & Theresa Yanis, Rudy & Melinda Matel, Anthony Garcia Sr., as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and great grandparents.
Brandon left a mark on everyone’s lives with his caring personality, radiant smile, and ambitious attitude. As a natural athlete, he greatly enjoyed the game of soccer and made sure to portray his leadership skills with his fellow athletes. He never turned down the opportunity of a challenge. Brandon was always so confident that he could accomplish anything he put his mind to. He always looked forward to time spent with family and friends. Although his time with us was brief, the depth of love he shared will forever remain in all of our hearts.
The angels and God in heaven have truly received what we on earth know as a great soul. Although his life on earth was short, he continued to do great things, by giving the gift of continuous life to five others through organ donation. He continues to live on through those five beautiful souls.
