Tammie Byrd

Tammie Lynn Byrd was born August 4, 1962 to the union of Leon and Ora Mae Kimble. At an early age she professed her faith in Christ and attended First Baptist Church of Taylor Texas.

Tammie has two children, a son, born in her union to Stanley E. Byrd, Sr., Stanley E. Byrd, Jr. Her daughter was conceived with her life partner, Decter R. Stoglin, Desiree D. Stoglin.

She loved and cherished her children while also enjoying time with her family and friends. Her contagious smile and laughter will be forever missed.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Leon and Ora Mae Kimble, and her sister Marian L. Robinson Dillard.

She leaves to cherish her memory of two beautiful children, Stanley E. Byrd, Jr. (North Carolina), Desiree D. Stoglin (Taylor) and life partner Decter R. Stoglin (Taylor); two sisters, Janice Robinson (Robert Montez) and Clarissa Kimble; one brother, Herbert F. Robinson (Janice) all of Taylor; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held at Taylor Providence Community Funeral Home Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at 10AM and memorial services will begin promptly at 11AM afterwards.
