Susan Hanna

Susan Hanna, 68, of Taylor went to be with her Heavenly Father on Wednesday, December 15, 2021.

Susan Kay Hanna was born on April 30,1953 in San Antonio to Mack and Lillian (Novosad) Hanna. Better known as Susie by family she grew up the third in a household of four girls.  Susie graduated from Harlandale High School, San Antonio, in 1975.  She enjoyed reading, doing word search puzzles, and creating her own designs to then color. Despite her challenges, Susie had a full and active life including attending the Activity Center, participating in church activities and Community Bible Study where she helped with fellowship time before Bible study.

Susie is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her sisters, Linda Flens, Sharon Singleton, and Cindy Richardson, brother-in-law, John Richardson, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 – 4:00 pm on Sunday, December 19, 2021 at Providence Funeral Home, 807 Carlos G. Parker Blvd, Taylor.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, December 20, 2021 at Taylor Brethren Church, 710 Sloan St, Taylor.  All are encouraged to dress festively.
