Sophia Anna Bruzenak

On Saturday before Mother’s Day, May 10, 1941, Sophia Anna was born to Henry Charles and Sophia O.L. (Pfluger) Braker in Taylor, Texas.

The first 6 weeks of her life was spent at grandma Pfluger’s house in Pflugerville.

She grew up the same as all children during WWII.

After graduating from Thrall HS, she spent the next 55 years working in various positions in the insurance industry.

On February 19,1965 she married David C. Bruzenak.

She is survived by her husband Dave, sons Jeff, and Lenny (Tatiana), 3 grandchildren Aaron (Megan), Evan, and Addison (Kelly).

Visitation will be held Friday October 21, from 6-8 pm at Providence Funeral Home. Private graveside services will be held at 2:00 Monday October 24 ^th at Taylor City Cemetery for immediate family only.
