She was baptized on October 1, 1933 and confirmed her faith in the Lord Jesus Christ on March 30, 1947 at St. Paul Lutheran Church by Rev F. H. Stelzer. Her confirmation verse was Revelations 3:11. “I am coming soon. Hold fast what you have, so that no one may seize your crown”.  She married Victor Waiser on September 23, 1951 at St. Paul Lutheran Church and to this marriage they were blessed with five children. Her love of flowers and gardening is carried on through the ones that love her. Mildred was a talented quilter and made quilts for her family and church.
