Mildred was born November 30, 1934 to Frank and Annie (Milek) Matysek.

Mildred was raised in the Circleville community and walked through the field to attend the Circleville School through the 7 th grade. She attended the 8 th grade in Granger. In her Senior year she met a young fellow named Henry Naizer from neighboring Granger whom she dubbed as “Hank.” After high school graduation, she took a job with the City National Bank in Taylor. Her relationship with Hank blossomed and they married in 1954 following Hank’s Sophomore year at St. Edward’s University. In Austin, she was employed at City National Bank. A few years later she began a career at the Texas Employment Commission until her retirement. Throughout the years she and Hank traveled the country from the East Coast to the West Coast. Their favorite vacation spots were New Orleans, Port Aransas, and South Padre Island at Port Isabel. Her favorite hobbies included baking, bargain shopping,   and tending to her favorite plants.

She is survived by her husband Henry, aka Hank, sons Scott and Jon and his wife Shawna, grandchildren Rachel and Lauren Naizer. Daughters-in-law Sarah Herrington-Naizer and Eloise Naizer pre-deceased her.
