Mary Cruz Garcia

Mary Cruz Garcia, age 71, of Taylor, Texas, passed away on March 20,2023, at home.

Mary was born on September 12,1952, to Miguel Lopez Cruz and Maria Basilia Garcia.

She is survived by her husband, Jessie Rivera, and her three sons, Noah (Sylvia), Abraham (Victoria), and Michael Garcia.

Her legacy lives on through her grandchildren, Hermilo Noah Jr; Naomi Nicole; Alejandro and his fiancé, Sydnee Cooper; Victoria Ann; Abraham James, Jr. and his wife, Victoria; Michael Joseph; Genevieve Gabriella; and Sophia Mary. Also, her great-grandchildren, Benjamin (Ben); Hermilo III (Trey); Abraham James III (AJ); and Luke James; as well as many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Memorial services will be held on Friday, March 31, 2023, starting at 10am at the Taylor Providence Funeral Home Chapel and on Zoom for those not able to attend in person.  Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Friday.  Interment is immediately afterward at Bagdad Cemetery located on 400 N Bagdad Rd. in Leander, Texas.
