Maria Teresa Trevino

Maria Teresa Ramirez Treviño of Taylor, Texas was called to her heavenly home on Friday, May 7, 2021 at the age 84. She was born on December 10, 1936 in Esperanzas Coahuila to Ramon and Porfiria Ramirez.

Maria Teresa worked at H-E-B for 16 years until retirement and later became a caregiver with The Visiting Angels. She loved dancing, mariachi music, watching novelas, visiting with her friends, traveling the world, and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a long time member of the Guadalupana’s at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church and devoted much of her life to serving others.

She is survived by three daughters: Rosemary Treviño Hatfield, Denise Treviño-Lockridge and husband Mark, Aida Treviño Kienitz and husband Butch; and son Ray Treviño and wife Caroline as well as eighteen grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren and sisters, Eva Rivera and husband Frank, Ernestina Ramirez and husband Alberto Jesus Perez and brother Adan Ramirez and wife Margarita.

Maria Teresa was preceded in death by her father and mother Ramon and Porfiria Ramirez, her husband Reymundo Treviño, and her sons Reynaldo and Ruben Treviño.

She will be truly missed by her family and friends.

A maximum capacity of only 80 individuals will be allowed to attend the funeral mass at Our Lady of Guadalupe's sanctuary with family members as priority.
