Loe Eugene Logan was called home on Saturday, May 29, 2021. He was born May 15, 1958, to Eugene and Mae Lee Logan(†) in Taylor TX. At a young age, Loe moved to Belton, TX with his parents. He continued his education in the Belton school district, graduating from Belton High School in 1977.


After graduation, Loe honorably served his country in the United States Marine Corps. Within those years of service, he was ranked Lance Corporal (LCpl). After the successful completion of his service, he received an Honorable Discharged.


Loe and Emma were middle school sweethearts. After 20 years, they reunited their love, and married on May 11, 1992, by (†)Rev. Tommie L. Garner Sr in Taylor, TX. They moved to Round Rock, TX, where he worked and retired from 3M.


After his retirement, Loe wanted to further his career by enrolling at Temple Jr. College. In 2017, he graduated with a Bachelor’s in AA Physical Education (PHED) and his certificate from the American Sports & Fitness Association. He trained several athletes during his time as a Coach/Trainer. Some of those athletes went on to become professionals in Track and Field and the NFL.


Loe accepted Christ at an early age. In 2004, Loe and Emma Logan joined Good Hope Baptist Church in Round Rock, TX; Pastor Dr. Michael Oyedokun II pastoring, where they remain devoted members.


Loe loved spending time with family and friends. His biggest enjoyment was spending time with his wife and grandchildren. In his downtime, he loved watching western movies, the sports channel, football, and especially track and field. Loe’s memories will forever be in the hearts of the ones he truly touched with his love, thoughtfulness, and kindness. Loe Eugene Logan leaves to cherish his memories.

Step-daughter: Michelle Freeland-Love(Marcus)
Grandchildren: Marcus Love Jr, Roselynn DeVault
Siblings: Roger Logan(Vonda), Terry Sanders(Charles), Margert Issac( Warren) In-Laws: Ruby Tealer( (†) Rev.Eddie Tealer), Harold Tanksley(Beverly)
Other Relatives & Friends: Numerous Nieces, Nephews, and Friends


Loe's wishes were to be buried alongside his father and brother at, Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen, TX. A formal ceremony will be performed by: The United States Marine Corps. Honoring Lance Corporal (LCpl )Loe Eugene Logan will be held in his honor at 1 pm. Semper Fidelis (Always Faithful) OOH-RAH!
