Lynn McCrummen, 82 of Granger Texas passed away peacefully in his sleep on August 4, 2018 and went to his Heavenly Home.
Lynn was born in Lubbock Texas on March 21,1936 to Richard and Emma McCrummen. He was a descendant of the MacLeod Clan from Isle of Skye. It was there that the famous piping college was established.
Lynn married his wife Betty Britton and they had three children Kamla Moulder, Karla McCrummen and Britt McCrummen.
He had 4 grandchildren Kyle Brooks, Trent Myers, Britni Myers and Roland Myers.
He Had 1 great granddaughter Charlotte Grace Brooks.
Lynn was a very sweet and kind man who loved his family and friends.
He was employed with Anderson Machinery for many years and loved his job working on heavy equipment. He loved mowing his fields and hanging out with Roland.
Anyone who knew my dad knew Roland they were always together visiting with all of their friends.
Lynn was survived by his children Kamla Moulder her fiancé Tim Fike and Britt McCrummen and Grandsons Kyle Brooks, Trent Myers and Roland Myers. His sister Richie Ann Stewart and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife Betty McCrummen, his daughter Karla McCrummen, his sisters Margaret Vann and Alene George and Sally McCrummen His brothers J Lewis and Frank McCrummen and his parents Richard and Emma McCrummen.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. at Providence Funeral Home Chapel in Taylor, Texas.
