Justin Cornell Nickerson
12/04/1961-12/04/2022

Justin was born on December 4th 1961 in Taylor, TX.

Justin, "JNick", or "Nick" was raised in Taylor, TX, where he accomplished his early education, love of all sports, and his passion for music. Justin had a wonderful voice and was part of several groups as a young boy and then as a man sharing his gift of music.

Justin obtained his post education at Southwest School of Electronics.

He was raised in the church and loved his faith.

Justin was a Son, a Brother, a Father and an Amazing Husband.

Justin also loved golfing, fishing, teaching himself the Bass guitar, camping in his RV, grilling, his pups, and living his best life.

In 2020, Justin was diagnosed with an advanced Stage of Cancer but that did not stop him, he fought hard until the very end.

Justin had an infectious smile, loved to laugh, and make others laugh. He never met a stranger and touched people's lives
with everyone he met. He had a diverse circle of new and life long friends.

He was a "True" Gentleman. One of a kind.

Although gone, Justin will forever be in our hearts until we all meet again.

GOD SAW YOU GETTING TIRED

God saw you getting tired
When a cure was not to be.
He wrapped His arms around you,
And whispered, "Come unto me".
You didn't deserve what you went through,
And so He gave you rest.
God's garden must be beautiful,
He only takes the best.
So when I saw you sleeping,
So peaceful and free from pain.
I could not wish you to come back,
to suffer that all again.

THE BROKEN CHAIN

We little knew that day,

God was going to call your name.

In life we loved you dearly,

In death we do the same.

It broke out hearts to lose you.

You did not go alone.

For part of us went with you,

The day God called you home.

You left us beautiful memories,

Your love is still our guide.

And although we cannot see you,

You are always by our side.

Our family chain is broken,

And nothing seems the same,

But as god calls us one by one,

The chain will link again
