Jimmy Dean Susan

Jimmy Dean Susan, age 57, passed away on Sunday February 24, 2019, at his residence in Taylor. He was born on February 15, 1962 to Juanette (Raley) and JT Susan.

Jimmy graduated in 1980 from McCallum High School in Austin Texas and then worked to acquire an HVAC license and worked in that field for years to come. He enjoyed fishing, playing pool, working out, and spending time with family. He also loved cars, ice cream, and wood working.

He was preceded in death by father, JT Susan; step-father Erwin Meiske; and grandparents H.A. and Ruth Susan and Elma McCawley.

Jimmy is survived by his mother, Juanette; daughter, Brandi Barnwell and husband Lee, and son Geoffrey, of his first marriage to Gail Simonson, second wife Sheila Evenson, and step children Brandon, Ryan, and Alyssa; brothers, John and wife Julie, Joey and wife Kristi, Jerry, and Jason and wife Mendi; 10 nieces and nephews; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

All are welcome to the Providence Funeral Home, 807 Carlos G Parker Blvd. NW, Taylor Texas 76574 from 6-8pm Tuesday, March 12th for a viewing to reminisce, grieve, and support one another during this hard time. The funeral will be held at Taylor Brethren Church, 710 Sloan St, Taylor, Texas 76574, on Wednesday, March 13th at 2pm.

The pallbearers will be John Wuensche, John Walton, Karl Wuenshce, Ronnie Barcuch, A.J. Zimmerhanzel, and Douglas Mikulencak. Jimmy will be buried at the Taylor City Cemetery following the funeral.
