Herbert Dale Burba

It is with great sadness that the family of Herbert Dale Burba announces his peaceful passing on Monday, August 26, 2019.  He was 85 years of age. Herbert Dale, known to friends as “Pete”, was born November 2, 1933, in Manitou, Oklahoma to Jeanetta and Frank Burba.

Pete will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 56 years, Betty, and his daughters Trina Burba, Tracey Michna and husband Ronnie, and Tara Burba.

Pete will also forever be fondly be remembered by his granddaughter, Sarah and grandson, Chance; brother, Von Burba and wife Gloria; as well as several nieces, nephews, and extended, dear family.  Pete was preceded in death by his parents, Jeanetta and Frank Burba.  A private family service will be held at a later date.

Pete’s passion for golf has inspired his family to plant a tree in his memory at the Taylor Mustang Creek Golf Course. Memorial contributions may be sent in Pete’s name to Mustang Creek Golf Course, located in Taylor, Texas.
