Glenn Henry Schmidt

Schmidt, Glenn Henry age 84, of Austin, TX passed away on June 6, 2018.  He was preceded in death by wife, Ruby Marie (Rollins) Schmidt and survived by daughter Patricia “Pat” Dryden (husband Eddie) and grandson Blake Dryden; daughter Linda Kay Estes (husband Neal) and grandchildren Wesley Senior, Kyle Estes (wife Ashley), Tyler Senior, Katy McAlister (husband Justin) and Joshua Hammack; sister Ruby Rudloff; numerous nieces and nephews; and his beloved pet’s dog Blue and cat Mouser. Glenn was born in Shelby, TX, was an Army veteran and a retired auto mechanic. He and Ruby made Austin their home after marriage. The family would like to thank Dr. Jerry Gilbert and Dr. Mauricio Pinto who took excellent care of Glenn. Family and friends are invited to a memorial luncheon gathering at Pok-E-Jo’s Smokehouse located at 2121 W. Parmer Lane, Austin, TX on June 9, 2018 from 1:00-4:00.
