Felipe Vargas

Felipe Vargas, of Round Rock formerly from Dallas, Texas, passed away Saturday, October 17, 2020 at the young age of 76.

Felipe Vargas was born in Lancaster, Texas on January 4, 1944.  Felipe spent most of his life cooking and worked in restaurants for over 50 years. He loved everything about Johnny Cash, westerns, especially John Wayne. He enjoyed playing cards and watching the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers play.

Felipe was preceded in death by his son Felipe “Boy” Vargas Jr, both of his parents, Antonio and Maria Vargas and his siblings; Consuelo Garcia, Antonio Vargas Jr, Jose Vargas I, Jose Vargas II, Eloisa Villareal, Rojelio Vargas, Frank Vargas and Rebecca Vargas .  He is survived by his children Christopher Vargas; his daughter Elizabeth Marie Vargas. Granddaughter Elizabeth Nicole and Serina G Vargas. Son, Jason Vargas; his children AJ, Monica, Jason Jr, Tristan and Jayda. Son, Jacob Cash Vargas.  Daughter Adriana Vargas.  Son Nick Vargas; his daughter Piper Vargas. Son, Ryan Vargas.   He is also survived by brothers; Prudencio (Jeff), Guadalupe (Wally), Victor Vargas and sisters Melquaides (Mickey) Withrow, Rosalinda Vargas Perdue and Gloria Gaitan.  He has left behind many family members and friends.

The Celebration of Life has been postponed until January.
