Estella Alderete Lopez, 60, of Taylor Tx passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on Wednesday, October 28, 2020

Estella Alderete Lopez was born on May 24, 1960 in Taylor Tx to Antonio and Carlota Alderete. She grew up with 5 brothers and 1 sister. She married the love of her life, Daniel Lopez Sr., (viejo) on March 20, 1978. To this marriage came 5 children. Estella was a devoted mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, sister, and aunt. She loved her family with all her heart. She loved spending time with her family and friends. Estella is known for her great cooking skills, and also known for her 20 plus years of caring for children. She had a passion for serving and loving God for 40 years, and it was expressed through her singing. She was also known for her favorite song, El Jet del Evangelia. She devoted her time to praying, reading God's word, and instructing her family and friends about Jesus. She also devoted her time to doing crossword puzzles, while watching her novels.

Estella is preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Sr., both her parents, Antonio and Carlota, and 3 brothers, Isaias, Christin, and Elias Alderete.

Estella is survived by her children, Mark Anthony, Jessie (wife Barbara), Daniel Jr. (wife Sonia), Adrian (wife Camille), Ashley (husband Bobby); her grandchildren, Courtney, Ally, Hannah, Rylee, Isabella, Misela, Zoe, Jaylin, Roman; and her great grandchildren, Liam and Lylah. She is also survived by 1 sister, Felix Martinez (husband Pete), and two brothers, Eloy Alderete Sr. (wife Marie), and Santos Alderete, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation: 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at San Gabriel Christian Church, 2090 FM 1331, Thorndale, Texas, 76577. Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 5, 2020, San Gabriel Christian Church, 2090 FM 1331, Thorndale, Texas, 76577 Interment will follow at Our Lady of Guadalupe Cemetery in Taylor, TX.
