Upon graduation Edward went to work for Alcoa in Rockdale. During this time in 1956, he met the love of his life Corrine Simek at Tom Sefcik Hall in Seton. Edward and Corrine enjoyed traveling across the United States together with friends. Edward enjoyed playing dominoes and cards for many years with numerous partners.
