Donna Terry

Donna Terry, 48, passed away on Sunday, December 15, 2019.

On February 18, 1971 in Taylor, Williamson County, Texas, Donna Denise Terry was born the oldest child of five to Donald Terry and Nellie Jean Weatherington.

Donna graduated class of 1991 from Taylor High School. She was employed by Ultra Clean Technology. During her adult years, she joined Greater Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Austin, TX, under the leadership of Pastor Gaylon C. Clark.  Throughout Donna’s journey, she loved cooking and enjoyed couponing and spending time with her cousins.

Donna met and married Emmit Fitzgerald in 2011. God called Donna home on December 15, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband, her mother, and grandparents.

She leaves to cherish her memories: f ather – Donald Terry; three sisters – Artavia (Terance) Hicks, Nichole (Kendric) Spriggins, Cheryl Weatherington, Tracy Gallaway; one brother – Carlos Terry; five nieces – Nyesha Mackey, Cordaisha Gause, Skylor Willie, Kylah Spriggins, Tyina Terry, Yasha Terry; two nephews – Kendrick Spriggins Jr., Carlos Terry Jr.; and a host of other relatives, and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, December 20, 2019 at Providence Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Taylor City Cemetery.
