Domingo H. Alderete Sr.

Domingo Hinojosa Alderete, Sr., 87, lovingly known as “Mingo” to his family and friends, went to be with His LORD And Savior on May 28,2024. He was born on January 10th, 1937, to Bentura and Andrea Alderete. On August 8th,1958, he married the love of his life, Betty Villanueva Alderete. They shared 40 years of marriage together before the LORD called her home.

Mingo is preceded in death by his parents, Bentura & Andrea Alderete, his wife, Betty Alderete, his brother, Joe, “Chemo” Alderete and his sister, Martha Alderete Barrera. He is survived by his daughter, Diane (Ignacio) Armendariz, Domingo Jr. (Yvonne) Alderete, Victoria (Mark) Lopez and Tina (Daniel Vasquez). His brothers, Thomas (Lydia) Alderete, Daniel (Martha) Alderete, Josue (Josie) Alderete, Samuel Alderete, Jessie Alderete, his sister, Emma (Antolin) Almazan, and Teresa (Eddie) Vega. Mingo was blessed with 17 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren. He was blessed with many nieces, nephews, & cousins.
