David Lee Cervenka

David Lee Cervenka, 58, of Taylor, passed away in his home Dec. 21, 2018. David was born Sept. 2, 1960, to Frank Anton Cervenka and Mildred Jecmenek Cervenka.

David married Becky Cervenka of Academy Aug. 22, 1987.  He worked for John Deere for 28 years.  David also worked for Cash Construction for eight years.

David was preceded in death by his parents, his mother-in-law Frances Love, and a granddaughter Billie Sue Wenzel.

David is survived by his wife of 31 years Becky; two daughters, Misty Ann Cervenka of Indiana and Cristy Wenzel (Billy Wenzel) of Indiana; granddaughters, Cheyenne Barrett (Tyler Barrett), Allison Turner, and Christina Wenzel; grandsons, Stetson Turner and Wyatt Wenzel; great grandson, Brayden Barrett; sister, Dorothy Persky; two brothers, Frank Cervenka and Dan Cervenka; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held 4:00-5:00pm Thursday, December 17, 2018, Providence Funeral Home Chapel.  Funeral Service will follow visitation from 5:00-6:00pm.
