Danielle Nicole Townsend

Danielle Nicole Townsend, 37, of Taylor passed away Friday, April 17, 2020.

Danielle was born on December 7, 1981 at Scott & White Hospital in Temple, Texas. Her parents are Willie and Carolyn Townsend, who are now deceased. Danielle graduated from Taylor High School and later attended nursing school in Austin, Texas. Before getting a job at Austin Diagnostic Clinic as a medical clerk, she worked at H-E-B in Taylor. She also worked at Carolyn's Creative Child Care as one of the childcare teachers. She worked at ADC until 2017. One of her favorite past times was to hang out with her best friend, Maria Gonzales (a former classmate). She also enjoyed decorating her apartment as well as her mother's home.

She leaves to cherish her memory her brother, Alex Jason Townsend of Taylor; her favorite aunt, Odessa Mackey of Taylor; favorite cousin, Larry Mackey of Pflugerville; uncles, Bennie Lee and Odell Mackey of Austin; aunt, Gloria Smith and husband Richard of Bryan-College Station and their children, Kisha, Richard Jr., and Aliyah of Taylor; great aunt, Mary Washington of Bastrop; numerous cousins and friends from Austin, Bastrop, Elgin, Lubbock, and Taylor; and most of all, her best friend, Maria Gonzales.

One favorite scripture Danielle and her mother loved to read is Revelations 21:3-4 : ³ And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. ⁴ ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’ ^{[ a ]} or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”
