Betty Lou Krieg

Betty Lou Krieg, 89, departed this life on July 20, 2021.

She was born May 26, 1932, in Williamson County, the daughter of Ed and Elsie Krieg. She grew up on a farm, and later moved to Taylor after the family farm was sold.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ed and Elsie Krieg.

Betty Lou was a very happy person and treated everyone she met with joy and laughs. She had been a resident of SPJST since 1986, where she made such good friends and received such great care from the staff for so many years.

She found great joy in living at the SP in Taylor. The family would like to express gratitude to the entire staff at SPJST, who loved and cared for Betty Lou as family the 36 years that she was a resident.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, July 24, 2021, at the Taylor City Cemetery. Rev. John Bielfeldt will preside over the service. Services are under the direction of Providence Funeral Home.
