Anthony Hernandez

Anthony Hernandez, 67, of Taylor, passed away Saturday, August 20, 2022.

Anthony was born and raised in Taylor, TX to parents, Adolph Hernandez and Guadalupe De Larosa. He married Maria Christina Gonzales and to that union one child was born, Joseph. He spent many years working for American Desk building cabinetry. He was a longtime member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.

Anthony enjoyed fishing, spending time with friends and a good drink.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Adolph Hernandez and Guadalupe De Larosa; brothers, Adolph Hernandez, Jr. and Kenneth Hernandez; and sister, Janice Good.

Anthony is survived by his loving son, Joseph Hernandez of Taylor, brothers, James Hernandez of Taylor, Timothy Hernandez of Taylor, and Benjamin De Larosa of San Antonio.

A visitation is to be held from 6:00 - 8:00 pm Sunday, August 28, 2022 with the Recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 pm at Providence Funeral Home, 807 Carlos Parker Blvd. NW, Taylor.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am Monday, August 29, 2022 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 111 W. Rio Grande St., Taylor, with burial to follow at Taylor City Cemetery.
