Anngelika Lyn Guerra

Anngelika Lyn Guerra (Gelly), age 34, passed away on Sunday, June 4, 2023. She was born in Silver Springs Maryland, and then moved to Austin, Texas, at a very young age with her parents and siblings. She is now reunited with her loving dog, Elvis Guerra in heaven. Anngelika was a loving mother, daughter, sister, tia, granddaughter, and friend.

Gelly always put her four children first unconditionally and was there when they needed her advice or hugs. She was the most giving, loving, and caring person a lot of people knew, not just her immediate family. She enjoyed singing karaoke, dancing, loved sunflowers, donuts, and her favorite color purple.

Gelly was preceded in death by the father of her children, Jonathan Jesse DeLeon; grandfather, Benito Guerra; and loving dog, Elvis. She is survived by her children, Joshua, Jordan, Audrie, and Aliyah Deleon; her father, Rudy Guerra Sr (Sonia); her mother, Lori Silguero (Juanito Mendez); her sisters, Stephanie, Latricia, Mariah Guadian (Mike); and brothers, Rudy Jr (Megan), Steven Rodriguez; her partner, Jesse “Chuy” Orona; grandparents, Beatrice “Ms. Bea” Guerra, Joe and Norma Silguero; as well as many nieces, nephews, tios, tias, and friends.

We will forever be grateful to John & Linda Villela, and Jesse “Chuy” Orona for being by Gelly’s side during her and the children’s time of need.
