Anna Urbanek Vittek

Anna Marie Vittek, 90, of Austin, passed away Sunday, October 31, 2021.

Anna was born September 27, 1931, to parents Charles J. Urbanek and Annie Helen (Kasper) Urbanek. She had three brothers, Ben, Jerome, and Charles. She attended St. Mary’s and graduated in 1950. In 1958, she married Julius Tom Vittek and had two children, Monica and Mark. She traveled with her husband to Spain and England as he was in the Air Force. After he retired, she worked for the University of Texas up until her retirement.

Anna was preceded in death by her parents, her three brothers and her husband.

She is survived by her son, Mark, her daughter-in-law, Rosie, her daughter, Monica, as well as three grandsons and two great-grand kids.

Services will be held on Friday, November 5, 2021, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church at 2pm, followed by burial at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery.
