Angel Diaz

Angel Diaz, 63, of Taylor passed away Friday, May 22, 2020.

Angel was born on May 29, 1956 in Taylor to Joe and Virginia Diaz.  He grew up with three brothers and three sisters.  On November 8 ^th , 1996 he married Melinda.  They had one child, Patricia.  Angel worked for Floyd’s Glass Company.  He was an employee for 24 years.  He was a man who loved Jesus and his family.  His family loved and respected him very much.

Angel is preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, Dany Diaz and Jesse Diaz.

Angel is survived by his lovely wife of 24 years, Melinda; daughter, Patricia Pennington; three sisters, Rosemary Ramirez, Ruby Dabney, and Debbie Diaz Moya; one brother, Joe Diaz; along with many other friends and relatives.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2020 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Providence Funeral Home in Taylor.  A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 29, 2020 at 10:00 AM at Providence Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow in Taylor City Cemetery.
