Jeremiah Anthony Curtis, infant son of Dwayne Curtis and Maria Flores passed away Tuesday, November 23, 2010.

The Rosary will be 7 PM Saturday, November 27, 2010 at Providence Funeral Home.

Celebration of Life Services will be 2 PM Sunday, November 29, 2010 at Providence Funeral Home with Msgr. Lonnie Urban officiating.

Burial will follow at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
