Teresa Lizardo, 39, of Granger passed away Sunday, September 26, 2010 in Temple, Texas.
Visitation was held from 6:00 to 8:00p.m., Rosary recited at 7:00p.m., Wednesday, September 29, 2010 at Providence Funeral Home Chapel. Celebration of Life Mass Services were held at 10:00a.m., Thursday, September 30, 2010 at SS. Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church in Granger, Texas. Burial followed at Holy Cross Cemetery in Granger, Texas.
Teresa was born on September 2, 1971 to Eduardo and Teresa Olivas in Chalchinhuites, Mexico. She was a member of SS. Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church and Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. She was best known for her sweet smile and contagious laugh.
She is preceded in death by her brother Francisco Javier Olivas.
Teresa is survived by her husband Antonio Lizardo, sons; Jose Santillan, Lorenzo Lizardo, Gerardo Lizardo, Adrian Lizardo, daughters; Brenda Luna, Maribel Lizardo, Lorena Lizardo, Mayra Lizardo, parents; Eduardo and Teresa Olivas, brothers; Jorge Luis Olivas, Juan Olivas, Eduardo Olivas, Jr., sisters; Graciela Olivas, Maria de los Angeles Lizardo, Josefina Olivas, grandchildren, Mireyah Luna and Enrique Luna.
Pallbearers were Lorenzo Lizardo, Jose Santillan, Eduardo Olivas, Hector Castillo, Ismael Lizardo and Antonio Lizardo.
