Marietta Reese

Marietta Reese went to be with the Lord on September 24, 2010 just 5 days shy of her Birthday. She recieved the best gift possible, Eternity with the Father.
Marietta was Born on September 29, 1929 to Ellie, and Willie Oatman. in Bastrop, Texas.She recieved her Beautician Degree, and perfected her craft through
the years. She was very talented in Many area's, and was also a Devoted Wife, Mother, and Grandmother. Marietta will be remembered for her Kind heart, sweet
smile, warm laugh and Willingness to help whoever she could, where
ever she could. She was Also quick to correct anyone who may have
mistakenly, mispronounced her name, " My name is MARIE-ETTA, not
MARY-ETTA " . Those who knew her, couldn't help but fall in love with
her Charm and Class. On January 22, 1960 she married the Late, Lee
Edgar Reese. From this two Daughters were Born, Shelia Draine of
Taylor and Donna Reese of Austin; one sister, five grandchildren,
Marcus Lee Reese (Vanessa), Aundris Draine, Adrian Draine, Felicity
Chamblin and C-Yanna Chamblin; three great-grandchildren, Marcus Reese
Jr., Elijah Draine and Christian Reese, all of Taylor. She also leaves
behind a host of Nephews, Cousins and other relatives.
