Ladonna Shaw

LaDonna Shaw, 58, of Taylor, Texas passed away Monday, September 20, 2010. LaDonna was a beloved mother and grandmother. LaDonna was born in Belton, Texas April 12, 1952 to parents, Frank and Mary (Hampton) Patterson.
LaDonna lovingly devoted 16 years of her life to the First Baptist Church of Taylor as Childcare Director. She loved doing arts and crafts. She also enjoyed playing and spending time with Penny and Co-Co, her two dogs.
LaDonna is preceded in death by her husband Jesse Shaw and both of her parents.
She is survived by her three sons, Casey Kuempel of Los Angeles, California; Jess Shaw of Taylor, Texas; Chris Kuempel and wife Lucy of Spring, Texas; LaDonna’s one and only grand daughter, Emma Kuempel of Spring, Texas; one brother, Johnny Patterson and wife Gay of Pilot Point, Texas.
Memorial services will be held Friday September 24, 2010 at 1:00 P.M. at First Baptist Church in Taylor, Texas with Pastor David Johnson officiating.
Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society or by donating a children’s book to a public library in LaDonna’s name.
