Jesse Contreras

Jesse Contreras, 40, of Bastrop passed away Sunday, August 22, 2010 at St. David’s In Austin.

The Rosary will be 7 PM Friday, August 27, 2010 at Providence Funeral Home.

Celebration of Life Mass will be 12:00 Noon, Saturday, August 28, 2010 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Santa Maria Cemetery in Hutto.

Jesse was born on December 21, 1969 in Taylor, TX to Alfredo Ramirez and Maria Aracelia (Vela) Contreras. He was a member of the Macedonia Baptist Church in Bastrop. Jesse enjoyed music, playing playstation, and talking on the phone. He was loving, caring, and compassionate person. He would always put others before himself. No matter what trials he faced he never complained. He will truly be missed.

Jesse was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, yolanda Alvarado.

Jesse is survived by three brothers, Albert Contreras of Austin, John Contreras and Jerry Contreras both of Coupland; a sister, Janie Contreras-Henderson; fourteen nieces and nephews.
