Paige Renee Buckalew

Paige Renee Buckalew, 16 of Granger, passed away early Wednesday evening, August 4, 2010.
She was born August 24, 1993 in Georgetown, Texas the daughter of Mahlon (Sonny) and Amanda Buckalew.
Paige was a beautiful young lady inside and out, who lit up the lives of those around her with her wit and charm. She was a daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, and cousin, all of which she took pride in being. She enjoyed hunting and fishing with her father, cooking with her mother, shopping with her sister, and spending time with family and friends.
To Paige:
Go rest now precious one. We can just imagine the smile on your face as you walk all around in that beautiful place. Greeting our loved ones as you walk along, while singing heavens most beautiful song. This is so very hard, but it will all be okay, it isn’t goodbye, we’ll see you one day. We love you and we’ll miss you and at times it will be tough, but as with everything, God’s grace will be enough.
Paige is survived by her parents, Sonny and Amanda Buckalew and her sister, Stevie Buckalew. Additional survivors include her paternal grandmother, Ruth Buckalew of Granger, maternal grandparents, Sunny and Mary Jane Ozuna of San Antonio, and a large extended family and lots of friends.
The recitation of the Rosary will be held Friday, August 6, 2010 at 7:00 P.M. at Providence Funeral Home Chapel and visitation will also be held Friday, August 6, 2010, from 6:ooPM – 8:00PM at Providence Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, August 7, 2010 at 2:00 PM at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Taylor, Texas with Father Lonnie Urban officiating. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, Taylor, Texas.
Pallbearers will be her cousins; Jonathan Cortinas, Brian Buckalew, Gregory Cortinas, Jay Zapata, DJ Olivarez, Kristopher Crus, and Honorary Pallbearer, Kristen Kelly.
