Reagan Smith

Reagan Arvol Smith, 59, died July 10, 2010 at his home, after a long battle with heart disease.

Reagan was born March 23, 1951 in Austin, Texas. He was the oldest of two children.

Reagan graduated from Del Valle High School in 1969.

In 1979 he married Dorothy Jeanette Anderson of Temple, Texas. He worked as a used car wholesaler until his death.

Reagan is survived by his wife Dorothy Smith and 4 daughters, Denise Darlene Cole, Lisa Marie Smith, Brandy Lashawn Cole, Deborah Lavelle Smith, 1 son Reagan Arvol Smith Jr. (Bubba) 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. He is further survived by his brother Glen Smith of Austin, Texas and a nephew Casey Smith. Many other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Arvol and Ivy Smith of Austin.

His funeral service will be held Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. at Providence Funeral Home, 807 Carlos Parker Blvd, Taylor, Texas 512.352.5909 followed by internment at Beard-Machu Cemetery.
