Edward Lynn Marshall

Edward Lynn Marshall, 65, of Bartlett passed away Wednesday, April 19, 2017.

Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, April 29, 2017 at Providence Funeral Home.

Edward was born June 6, 1951 to James Lynn and Audrey Octivine (Perry) Marshall in Newton County, Texas. He was married to Olga Cortez on June 1, 1996 in Wellborn, Texas. Edward served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam Era.

He enjoyed hunting and fishing, going to flea markets and garage sales, but most of all spending time with his grandchildren. Edward was good and carpentry and welding. He was an all around “Mr. Fixit”.

He was preceded in death by his father, one brother, and two granddaughters.

Edward is survived by his wife, Olga Marshall; mother, Audrey Head; children, Tammy Marshall; Edward Lynn Marshall, Jr. and wife Bethany; Stacey Lynn Salaiz; step-children, Elizabeth Pope and Kellie Borja; 16 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; brothers, James Marshall, James “Hipper” Marshall, and Kevin Marshall; sisters, Ann Flores, Faye Wylie, Tana Fillingame, Jamie Davis, and Julie Marshall; and other numerous family members.
