Albert Frank Vrana, Sr.

Albert Frank Vrana, Sr. of Granger,TX passed away on Monday, April 10, 2017.

He was a lifetime farmer, member of Knights of Columbus, American Legions, VFW and a World War II veteran. He was a member of SS Cyril Methodius Catholic Church of Granger.

He was born to John and Christine Vrana on July 2, 1926. He was preceded in death by his loving beautiful wife, Evelyn Matula Vrana and a grandchild Shelly Renae Kotrla.

He is survived by two sisters, Annie (Vrana) Mussil of Rosenberg TX and Christine (Vrana) Kelly of Sparks, TX.

He is survived by a son, Albert Frank Vrana, Jr. and his wife Kathleen of Granger, TX. Three daughters, Cynthia Marie Vrana of Belton, TX, Sandra Ann Gottschalk and her husband, Dennis of Oscar, TX, Diana Kay Kostiha and her husband Joseph of Westphalia, TX, 11 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. He is also survived by a very special person, Sherry Geyer.

Visitation will be Monday from 6 pm-8 pm at Providence Funeral Home in Taylor, with Rosary at 7 pm. Services will be at 10 am Tuesday at SS Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church in Granger.
