Augustina Alderete

Augustina Rodriguez Alderete 65, of Taylor, Tx was called to her eternal home on April 8th, 2017. She was born on July 23rd 1951 to Mateo and Juanita Rodriguez. She married her best friend, who was the love of her life Samuel H. Alderete.

She was a graduate of Taylor High School. Tina worked as a manager at Security Finance for over 20 years, and retired in 2009. She enjoyed traveling, cooking, spending time with family & friends, but what she loved most was preaching and bringing the word of God.

She is survived by her husband Samuel H. Alderete, daughters Melissa Carranza and husband Caesar, Stephanie Martinez and husband John, sons Sammy Alderete, Aaron Alderete and girlfriend Julia Flores, and 7 grandchildren.

She is predeceased by her parents Mateo & Juanita Rodriguez, and grandson Caesar Augustine Carranza.

Funeral services are as follows, visitation/prayer service April 11th 6-8pm at Providence Funeral Home, and funeral April 12th, 10:00am at Jerusalem Pentecostal Church.

Pallbearers are Patrick Olguin, Joey Alderete, Cody Alderete, Joe Garcia, Stephen Rodriguez, Thomas Martinez.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Braxton, Gavin, Savannah, Noah, Nina, John & Audrey.
