Patricia "Patsy" Ann King, 59, was called to eternal rest on Friday, March 17, 2017. She was born in Coupland, Texas to parents Cordie and Janie Mae King and was raised in Taylor, Texas as the family moved there early in her childhood. Having graduated from Taylor High School in May 1976, she remained in Taylor projecting a life of spiritual inspiration, love, and loyal friendship with many whom she encountered despite life-long health challenges. She became a life partner to Louis Adams in the spring of 1987, and resided in Taylor and later a few years in Austin, Texas before last residing at Trinity Senior Care and Rehabilitation Center in Round Rock, Texas.
She was a gifted painter and artist having spent most of her life creating canvases of her own work, writing, and enjoying many genres of music. She spent most of her days sharing her spiritual wisdom and insights with others as she dedicated her time as a loyal friend to those whom she connected.
She is preceded in death by her parents Cordie and Janie Mae King; older sister Rosie Bradford, older brother Larry King of Austin, Texas and younger brother Demetrius King all of Taylor, Texas. She will be greatly missed by her life partner, Louis Adams of Taylor, Texas; younger brother Michael King and wife Audrey of Houston, Texas; nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends who were also accepted by her as brothers, sisters, sons,daughters, and nieces/nephews with whom she shared a spiritual connection.
A Visitation and Life Celebration is scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 25, 2017 at Providence Funeral Home in Taylor, Texas.
