Emma Marie Kohutek Vittek Spiegelhauer

Emma Marie Kohutek Vittek Spiegelhauer was called to the Lord Tuesday, February 28, 2017.

Emma was born May 6, 1924 to Francis Kohutek and Anton Kohutek. Her love for life was very beautiful. She loved her family and cared for many of them during their times of need. She received her Angel Wings after several beautiful years in SPJST Rest Home where she renewed a wonderful friendship with Irene Hamann. She was a delight to have around the rest home playing dominos, horseshoes and other games with her friends.

Emma is preceded in death by her parents, two husbands Raymond Vittek and Leo Spiegelhauer, son Raymond Vittek, Jr., three brothers Daniel Kohutek, Amos Kohutek and Joseph Kohutek. She is survived by her sister-in-law Rosalie Kohutek, nephew Michael Kohutek and wife Kathy of Georgetown, their two daughters Tamara Sherman (Jayson) and Alysha Kohutek and niece Jessica Morrison and husband Frank and their son Cory of Austin.

Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 P.M., Thursday, March 2, 2017 at Providence Funeral Home Chapel. Celebration of Life Mass will be 3:30 P.M., Friday, March 3, 2017 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Burial to follow at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery.
