Brian Lee Roepke

Brian Lee Roepke, 45, of Taylor passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2016.

Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be 11:00 A.M. Monday, March 14, 2016 at Providence Funeral Home.

Brian was born September 5, 1970 to Jimmie and Rita (Zimmerhanzel) Roepke.

Brian always enjoyed being around his family and friends. He was always helpful, cheerful, and a giver. Brian would always bring gifts by to his mother. Brian was just a “Big Teddy Bear”.

Brian worked for his father selling cars and for the last 11 years he worked at Tractor Supply.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Leo and Ida Roepke and Charlie and Angel Zimmerhanzel.

Brian is survived by his mother, Rita Zimmerhanzel Huser and husband Joe and father, Jimmie Roepke and wife Cindy; brother, Patrick Roepke; step-sisters, Krystal Thompson and April Brown; uncle, Gene Roepke and wife Melba; aunt, Madelene Zimmerhanzel-Buzan.

In lieu of flowers the family would like memorials to be made to Trinity Lutheran Church of Taylor and Yegua Creek Evangelical Free Church.

Brian’s family would like to especially thank Dr. Glenn Harper, Dr. Kahn, nurses Claire, Aimee, and Roger and the other staff of Seton Williamson Hospital in Round Rock.
