Janna Marie Greer

Janna Marie Greer, 46 years old, was born on May 22, 1969 in Pasadena, Texas at Southmore Hospital. She passed away on February 28, 2016 in Granger, Texas at her parents’ home Mr. and Mrs. Robert and Janice Greer.

She resided from her early childhood to adulthood in La Porte and Pasadena, Texas. She attended La Porte Elementary, Junior High and High School and graduated in 1987. She worked with the elderly in assisted living homes in La Porte and New Braunfels until diagnosed with her illness. Janna’s hobbies included watching movies and cooking shows, word search books and spending time with her family, especially her son and grandson, Joshua and Jaidyn Davis.

Janna Marie Greer is survived by her son and grandson, Joshua and Jaidyn Davis; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert and Janice Greer; brother and sister-in law, Mr. and Mrs. Rodney and Trennette Greer; sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Scott and Shari Thorne; nephews, James Greer and Devan Greer, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Janna Marie Greer is preceded in death by her son, William C. Budd; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. James and Frances Greer; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Louis and Verna Boone; aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be held Thursday, March 3, 2016 at Providence Funeral Home from 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 4, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at Providence Funeral Home with burial to follow at Granger City Cemetery.
