Services for Louis J (Louie) Kaderka, 86, of Granger, will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 1, 2016 at Providence Funeral Home in Taylor.
Louie died Saturday, December 26, at Scott & White Hospital in Round Rock.
He was born March 12, 1929 to Steve and Frances Volcik Kaderka in Dallas.
He was preceded in death by parents Steve & Frances Kaderka, brother Edward Kaderka, and sister Agnes Berry.
Louie worked as a foreman for Williamson County Precinct 3. Louie was an avid fisherman. He was well known for his wine making, sausage making and pecans.
Survivors include: Wife, Betty Moon Kaderka, Sons: Donnie Kaderka and wife Vicki of Aransas Pass, Leslie Kaderka and wife Donna of Granger, Harold Kaderka and wife Carolyn of Bartlett, Brian Kaderka & friend Brian Broddrick of Granger. Grandchildren: Keith Kaderka and wife Shelly of Georgetown, Amy Quebe and husband Joey of Taylor, Nick Kaderka and wife Linzy & Eric Kaderka of Granger, Jake Kaderka & Kurt Kaderka of Bartlett and Aspynn Kaderka of Granger. Great Grandkids: Cameron Quebe, Will Quebe, Tillman Kaderka, Chapman Kaderka, & Paisley Kaderka. Brothers: James Kaderka and wife Evelyn of Granger & Clifton Kaderka and Erica of Taylor. Sister: Mary Kruse and husband Walter of Pflugerville, brother in law Dean Berry of Fresno CA, Sister in law Bonnie Melvin of Dallas. Numerous nieces and nephews and close family friends.
Memorials may be made to the Granger Fire Department, SSCM Catholic Church in Granger or your choice of charity.
