Ofelia Razo

Ofelia Pena Razo, 72, of Del Valle passed away Sunday August 9, 2015.

The Rosary will be recited at 10:00 A.M. Friday, August 14, 2015 at SS. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church.

Celebration of Life Mass will be 11:00 A.M. Friday August 14, 2015 at SS. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, Granger.

Ofelia was born March 14, 1943 to Rufino and Patrocinia (Castro) Pena in Round Rock, Texas. She was married to Benancio Razo on August 14, 1965.

Ofelia was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She loved holidays and family gatherings. She was a great supporter of her grandchildren and their activities. Ofelia also enjoyed the outdoors and nature, music and had a passion for reading.

She was employed with the Internal Revenue Service for 25 years as a tax examiner.

Ofelia was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Victor, Joe and Frank Pena; sisters, Maria Correa and Evagelina Pena.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years Benancio Razo; sons, Steven Razo and wife Mickie and Gabriel Razo; grandchildren, Gabriel, Nicholas, Angelo, Adriana and Matthew Razo; sisters, Eva Pena and Anita Perez; and brother, Jesse Pena.

In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
