Pedro Alderete

Pedro "Pete" Alderete, born and raised in Taylor, Texas returned home to our lord on Friday, May 29, 2015. He was born March 16, 1964 to Isaias and Celia Alderete. He was a Journeyman electrician currently employed by Whiteside Electric. His joy was fishing, hunting and most of all enjoyed show casing his classic '53 Chevy. He loved spending time with his granddaughters (Jade, Jade, Jade and Lani) they were his pride and joy.
Pete is survived by his lifelong partner Carmen Velasquez, children Cristal Alderete, Erica and husband Frederick Gonzalez, Leonel Arce and Ariana Arce. Granddaughters Jade Torres and Leilani Gonzalez. Siblings Benny and wife Elizabeth Alderete, Tony Alderete and Connie Alderete. Pete is preceded in death by grandparents Antonio and Carlotta and Simon and Carlotta Sandoval.
Visitation and Rosary will be held Tuesday, June 2nd, 2015 beginning at 6pm and Rosary to follow at 7pm at Providence Funeral Home 807 Carlos Parker Blvd. NW, Taylor, Texas 76574. The funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Wednesday, June 3rd, 2015 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church. Interment to follow at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Cemetery in Taylor.
