Loretta L. Buzan

Loretta Rozacky Buzan, 79, passed away April 6, 2015 with her loving son, Jim, by her side. She was born on September 4, 1935 in the community of Friendship, Texas and resided in Taylor, Texas most of her life. She was preceded in death by the love of her life, Moses Buzan Jr. She was also preceded in death by her parents Henry and Rosie Rozacky; brothers, John Rozacky, Henry Rozacky and Clifton Rozacky and sister-in-law Sarah Buzan Rieger and niece, Nancy Sefcak Kunze.

Loretta is survived by her son Moses (Trey) Buzan, daughter-in-law Jamie Buzan; daughter Lisa Buzan; daughter Candy Buzan and husband Rick Northcutt; son James (Jim) Buzan and wife Stella. She is also survived by her grandchildren Kyle Rydell, Scott Buzan wife Jenni, Casey Pierce husband Dusty, Daniel Hyzak, Gabriella Buzan, Mackenzie Buzan, Meggie Mikeska fiancé Austin Brown, Rudy Mikeska, Timothy Mikeska, Sarah Hyzak and Moses James Buzan. She was blessed to have three great grandsons, Grayson Buzan, Carter and Gavin Pierce. She is also survived by her sisters: Bertha Rozacky Sefcak and Claudette Rozacky Stasny and her brother Lawrence Rozacky and his wife Dorothy, sisters in law Dorothy Rozacky, Louise Rozacky and Peggy Buzan and brother in law, Tom Buzan.

Loretta was a loving and caring mother, who treasured her family and friends. She especially enjoyed the “Rozacky Girl” vacations with her sisters, daughters and cherished nieces Dixie Fern Rhoades and Suzy Rieger. She always had a special place in her heart for her God Daughter Scholley Buzan Bubenik and her numerous nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. and a Rosary at 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday April 7, 2015 at Providence Funeral Home, 807 Carlos G Parker Blvd NW, Taylor, Texas.

Funeral services will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Taylor, Texas at on Wednesday April 8, at 2:00pm. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery.

A reception will follow the funeral at the Taylor Fireman Hall.

Pall Bearers will be Rick Northcutt, Kyle Rydell, Scott Buzan, Rudy Mikeska, Daniel Hyzak, Timothy Mikeska, Moses James Buzan, Chuck Buzan, Greg Buzan, Rick Bubenik, Tim Rieger, Scott Stasny, and David Rozacky. Pall Bearer Angels Casey Pierce, Meggie Mikeska, Gabriella Buzan, Mackenzie Buzan and Sarah Hyzak.

The family asks that everyone wear pink or bright colors, as we are celebrating her life. The family would like to thank all of mom’s wonderful friends that always included her on girl’s night out (GNO) and helped her on gambling trips.
