Julie Albina Kaderka, 77, of Taylor, TX passed away on April 2, 2015. She was born August 28, 1937 to Frank Tomasek, Sr. and Julia (Sodoma) Tomasek.
Julie loved to cook, spend time with her grandchildren and family, sing with the Czech choir and polka dance with Emil. She was a loyal, dedicated wife and servant to the Lord. She will be dearly missed by all.
Julie is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Emil J. Kaderka, her children Janet Whitlock and husband Bill of Canton, MI, Joan Colglazier and husband Jeff of Leander, TX and Tim Kaderka and wife Kristi of San Antonio, TX. She was loved by her grandchildren Kaitlyn, Courtney, Jordyn, Jenna, Holly, Hannah, Jacob, Jordan and Jessica. She is also survived by her brothers Hubert Tomasek and wife Dorothy, Darwin Tomasek and wife Gladys, Larry Tomasek and wife Janet, Alfred Tomasek and wife Patsy, sisters Henrietta Hajda and husband Wesley and Linda Pekar and husband Ron, sister-in-law Frances Tomasek, mother-in-law Martha Zrubek, brother-in-law Richard Kaderka and wife Betty and sister-in-law Linda Kaderka. She was “Aunt Gee” to many loving nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her brother Frank Tomasek, Jr., and brother-in-law Darvin Kaderka.
Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 P.M., Sunday, April 5, 2015 at Providence Funeral Home Chapel. Rosary will be recited at 7:00 P.M.
Celebration of Life Mass will be 10:00 A.M., Monday, April 6, 2015 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery, Granger, TX.
Memorials may be made to Alzheimer’s Foundation of America.
