Tisha Jean Tillotson

Tisha Jean Tillotson, 32, of Taylor TX, formerly of Danville IL, passed away March 25, 2014, due to injuries from an automobile accident.

Tisha was born July 23, 1981 in Urbana IL to Cindy Cottle (Jim) of Thorndale TX and Rex Tillotson (Trudie) of Lawrenceville IL. She is survived by her parents, grandfather George Seitz (Doris) of Vincennes IN. Also surviving are 3 daughters Makenna Cheyenne Peete, 10, Jayleigh Grace Tillotson, 8, Marianna Jean Palmer, 3 and son Tevyn Jermaine Palmer, 2. She is also survived by brothers Cory Tillotson of Taylor TX and Brandon Tillotson (Mandi) of Thorndale TX. Tisha is survived by nieces Kami Tillotson and Chasiti Abdelghani of Danville IL, nephews Kendred and Taylen Tillotson of Thorndale TX. Tisha has 2 step brothers Troy and Justin Cottle, 6 step sisters Jamie Graebner, Angie Howe-Groeteke, Rebecca Moore, Carrie Cottle, Jessie Weathers and Sarah Cottle.

Tisha was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother Glenna Jean Seitz, paternal grandparents Bob and Ioda Tillotson all of St. Francisville IL.

Tisha was a loving and devoted mother, working tirelessly to make a good life for her children. She was employed at Applebee’s in Taylor TX.

Tisha’s funeral will be Wednesday, April 2, 2014, at the Immanuel Lutheran Church, 411 CR 401, Taylor TX at 3 PM, with visitation beginning at 2 PM followed by cremation. Providence Funeral Home in Taylor TX is assisting with the arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, a Memorial Fund Account has been set up at City National Bank, Taylor TX in Tisha’s memory to aid in expenses and in the raising of her children.
