Paul W Buenger

Paul W. Buenger, 87, of Taylor, passed away Jan.26, 2013 at the SPJST Nursing Home in Taylor.

He was born Sept.29, 1925 in Taylor to Carl and Louise Buenger.
Paul W. Buenger retired from Rockdale Alcoa Aluminum Plant . He also farmed most of his life in the Taylor area. He was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn Buenger and former wife, Cecelia Buenger, brothers Alvin, Adolph, and Walter Buenger, sisters Ella Foerster, Martha Poldrack, Susie Priesmeyer and Emma Tefteller.

Survivors include daughters Bonnie and husband Richard Slack, Diane and husband Dennis Schafer. There are five grandchildren, Ted L. Culbertson (Jennifer), Lori L. King, Amanda Slack, Brian Schafer (Jen), Natalie Schafer and five great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Ted L.Culbertson, Brian Schafer, Sam Sledge, Edward Priesmeyer, Walter Buenger II, and Steve Tefteller.

Visitation will be 6-8 pm Monday, January 28 at Providence Funeral Home in Taylor.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 am, Tuesday, January 29, at Providence Funeral Home with burial to follow at Taylor City Cemetery
