Alfred Fred Klotz

Alfred Fred Klotz was born on November 18, 1918 to Gottlieb and Elisa Klotz. He died on January 08, 2013 at the age of 94.

Alfred served his country during World War II within the ranks of the Army Corp of Engineers.

He married Earline Lange on October 31, 1946.

Alfred is survived by his wife of 66 years, a daughter Virginia Ruth Falk and husband, Richard,
and a son, James Klotz and wife, Heather, along with his brother-in-law, Emery Lange and wife, Selma.

Alfred and Earline were blessed with 4 grandchildren, Shelly Repa and husband, Daryl, Lisa Falk, Meghan Klotz, and Tyler Klotz and wife Julia, along with 2 great-granddaughters, Sierra and Morgan Repa.

Al worked as an Equipment Operator with ALCOA for 27 years before retiring. He also enjoyed farming and ranching in the community of Hare.

Services for Alfred Klotz will be held at Providence Funeral Home in Taylor at 10 am on Friday, January 11, 2013 with burial in the Taylor City Cemetery.

The Klotz family would like to thank the staff at the SPJST Assisted Living Facility along with the care-givers at the SPJST Nursing home for the patience and attention given to Alfred & family members.
