Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 P.M. Saturday, October 1, 2011, at Providence Funeral Home.

Celebration of Life Service will be 10:00 A.M. Monday, October 3, 2011 at Providence Funeral Home.

Burial to follow at the Taylor City Cemetery.
